Haskap Berry Purée (4 litres)

Although I've very recently found both Haskap Berry Preserve and another company's frozen whole haskap berries at Fiesta Farms in Toronto, I am truly grateful that I was able to directly order the 4L unit of Haskap Highland Orchard's haskap purée, mainly because it's most the most convenient way to absorb the therapeutic goodness of haskap berries whenever my body craves it. I immediately poured it into jars, half of which I placed in my freezer, the rest ina dark kitchen cabinet. I use it everyday, usually as part of breakfast. Sometimes I just pour myself half a teacup's worth to enjoy at 4pm, or on post supper dessert, if and when that materializes.
