Iced Haskap coffee mocktail with bottle of Haskapur

Exciting and playful direction with a wonderful pairing of haskap juice and coffee. Drawing inspiration from the oh-so-popular espresso martini! This is a wonderful way to start your day. The earthy depth of coffee is a fun pairing with haskap, and the almond milk softens the tannins and adds a creamy, nutty texture to the mix.

  • Ingredients:
    2 oz Haskap Berry Juice Drink
    2 oz Black Coffee or Cold Brew
    2 oz Almond Milk

    Instructions:
    1. Pour all of the ingredients into a glass filled with ice.

    2. Stir briefly until combined. Garnish with a coffee bean or cinnamon.
