Haskap Berry Crumble

"I couldn't stop at just one piece ....soooooo good!"


250g Haskap Preserve

2 peeled apples 

1.5 cups of Brown Sugar 

1.5 cups of Oatmeal (quick) 

1.5 cups of Butter 


1. Heat butter and mix with oatmeal and brown sugar.

2. Sliced apple layer on bottom of cooking bowl.

3. Pour haskap preserve over apples.

4. Top with crumble mix in an even layer.

5. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
