Haskapür Gold, PC brand Chocolate Chai Tea, Molasses. Big bold rich flavours all balanced by the complex earthy acidity of pure Haskap juice. This is the base to which we add big textures and sweet flavours of molasses and chocolate chai tea. This style of non-alcoholic cocktail is best enjoyed in an old fashioned rocks glass over a big chunk of ice with a beautiful twist of orange peel.
Ingredients
1 oz Haskapür 100% Haskap Berry Juice
1.5 oz Chocolate Chai Tea*
1 tsp Molasses
Orange Zest
*Oversteeped. Add one tea bag of Chocolate Chai Tea to 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water and steep until tea cools.
Method
Pour all of your ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Stir briefly until combined. Squeeeze orange peel over the top of the cocktail.
