Ingredients
1.5 oz Haskap Berry Juice Drink
6 Mint Leaves
0.5 oz Honey Syrup*
0.5 oz Lemon Juice 3 oz
*Honey Syrup - In a separate jar mix together 2 parts honey, with 1 part warm water until honey is dissolved.
Method
Start with your mint, give it a quick slap with your hands to release the oils then add it into the shaker tin or mason jar and crush the mint. Next add Haskap Juice Drink, Lemon Juice and Honey Syrup. Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Open the shaker and pour in soda water, then strain or pour into glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
