You won’t find a tastier boost for your immune system!
1.5 oz Haskapür 100% Haskap Berry Juice
0.5 oz Homemade Ginger Syrup*
1 tsp Molasses
Orange Zest
Preparation: Add all your ingredients to a shaker tin or mason jar except soda water, fill with ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Open the shaker, top with soda water and strain or pour into a glass. Stir briefly if needed. Garnish with lime wedge or wheel.

Virgin Sangria
Because everyone loves sangria at a party!
1 Litre Haskap Juice Drink
1 cup Orange Juice, chilled
2 cups Lemon Lime Soda, chilled
1 Orange, thinly sliced
2 Limes, thinly sliced
Preparation: Mix Haskap Juice Drink, orange juice and lemon-lime soda in a large pitcher. Stir in sliced orange & limes. Chill until serving.

Haskap Watermelon Lemonade
A sophisticated twisted on a classic homemade lemonade.
2 cups watermelon, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 ounce Haskap juice
2 tbsp honey (add more for a sweeter lemonade or less for a tarter lemonade)
Mint, garnish
Preparation: Add chopped watermelon, Haskap, honey and lemon juice to a blender. Once well blended, strain ingredients with a strainer to strain out watermelon chunks if you want a smooth drink, or leave if you like some pulp. Set juice aside and chill if you wish. Fill glasses with ice, pour juice over the ice, garnish with mint and enjoy!
